2024 Kentucky House of Representatives Primary Results
All 100 seats of the state's lower legislative chamber are up this year.
The Democratic and Republican primaries occurred today in Kentucky to select candidates for the November general election. That included the races for all 100 seats in the State House of Representatives for regular two-year terms.
The Kentucky House of Representatives currently features 80 Republicans and 20 Democrats. 88 incumbents ran for re-nomination today - with open seat contests in Districts 11, 24, 29, 41, 42, 57, 62, 66, 67, 76, 94 and 98. It only takes a plurality of the vote for a candidate to receive their party’s nomination.
