He now becomes the seventh player to win their first ATP title during the 2024 season to date. His maiden title was claimed from a grass court event. And finally, he was the first player representing the United Kingdom to ever win the title in Stuttgart - which has been played since 1949!

The tour will then play two tournaments between June 17 and 23: the Halle Open in Halle, Germany (an ATP 500 event) and the Queen’s Club Championships in London, United Kingdom (an ATP 500 event). Both competitions will be played on grass courts.
