2025 Virginia House of Delegates Primary Results
Democrats and Republicans selected their candidates for all 100 seats in the state's lower legislative chamber.
The Democratic and Republican primaries occurred today in Virginia to select candidates for the House of Delegates. All 100 seats in the lower legislative chamber are being contested this year. The general election for all of these races will occur on November 4, 2025.
The Virginia House of Delegates currently features 51 Democrats and 49 Republicans. Partisan control of the chamber will be determined by these elections. 96 incumbents ran for re-nomination today - with open races in Districts 46, 49, 62, and 89.
